I highly recommend nice floors.! They’re pricing is very competitive and their products outstanding. We installed 1900 ft.² of hardwood throughout our home. Customer service was very helpful in making sure the floors were delivered on time. Our installer picked iup the flooring at a central location. All of the wood was in perfect condition. I even had to order additional wood because we went into another room. Customer service helped me get the flooring very quickly and it was a perfect match. As we were trying to determine if this particular wood would be a great fit for our home customer service sent us additional photographs and was very accommodating. I would use them again except we just installed new flooring throughout our home! We could not be happier!!

We are so happy with the look and quality of the flooring we received. It has far surpassed our expectations! We saw this particular floor at a local furniture store but it was way outside our budget. We had looked at numerous flooring stores to find the perfect floor for our remodel but we kept going back to this floor. My husband checked online and we were so ecstatic when your quote came back at less than half the price! We absolutely LOVE our new floor!

The folks at nice floors were so much more than nice! They took picture of the samples and even dragged one outside so I could see a picture of it in the light of day ! Our shipment came on time but unfortunately the delivery trucks ramp broke just as they were taking it off the truck and CRASH!!!!The whole palate of wood hit the cement and many of the boxes fractured. The delivery service reloaded it onto the truck and I called nice floors to tell them of my sad mishap and- no questions asked- they resent the shipment with new wood that same day. Fabulous service!!!! And of course, no better price to be found for the product we were looking for. I will order from them again. Thank you!!!!

We were a little nervous about ordering our flooring online due to the high cost and worrying about the product not being of good quality. We we read previous reviews and decided to go ahead because of the cost savings. We were so impressed with the customer service. Everything was done when they said it would be and before we knew it, we had the flooring. It is now installed and beautiful!! We would definitely recommend Nice Floors to anyone.
