No, you must be prepared to assist in unloading your order. For shipments over 9 cartons, a liftgate service will be included. However, the driver will not carry items into your home. Flooring cartons can weigh up to 80 lbs each, so plan accordingly.

They will measure and assess what kinds of prep and finish work will need to be completed for your installation. Typically we are installing most flooring types 2 to 3 weeks from the time of acceptance and deposit, however that varies depending on the time of year, product availability, and installer availability. Choosing an in stock product always encourages a quicker timeline for installation.
We use contractors, however, most of our installers have been with us for over 10 years and if we bring someone new on board they are trained with OUR best practices in mind and we require several references. All of our installers are bonded and insured.
Yes you can order online and pick up in store, however you must have the credit card used to purchase in hand as well as the same id of the card holder.
