During the process Ashley and Chris provided a quick-turnaround from payment to delivery. Had such a great experience ordering from nice floors.com. I was very apprehensive ordering flooring online, but everything went so smoothly. I love the flooring. The ordering process went above and beyond my expectation. The delivery was super quick and within a few days I had the product. I ordered trim pieces to match and they came separately but just a few days later. I will definitely be using nice floors in the future. They are awesome!

I bought a lot of items on line redoing a new home and was fortunate to come across Nice Floors. Great staff that wants to truly help you, not just sell you something. The service was excellent – they sent sample sets to me to help my wife pick a color (yes, I returned them after she took way to long to choose one!). I ordered from out of state on a Monday and had my floor on Friday before noon. The right floor came i excellent condition, not damage. Staff was helpful and professional. Order from here with confidence… I will again the next time I need flooring. Thank you!
