Yes you can schedule one of our knowledgeable sales people to come visit your home or business. They will measure and assess what kinds of prep and finish work will need to be completed for your installation. They will then send a breakdown by line item of the material you choose plus the cost for us to provide the installation to you including but not limited to tear out, dumpster charges, installation charges, moving furniture and more! There are additional charges but yes, if you purchase flooring from us cash and carry we can arrange delivery of this flooring.
Yes, it’s a minimum labor charge of $230 for carpet installation, and a minimum labor charge of $350 for hardwood, lvp, and laminate.
No we do not install anything that we do not sell.

Typically we are installing most flooring types 2 to 3 weeks from the time of acceptance and deposit, however that varies depending on the time of year, product availability, and installer availability. Choosing an in stock product always encourages a quicker timeline for installation.
We use contractors, however, most of our installers have been with us for over 10 years and if we bring someone new on board they are trained with OUR best practices in mind and we require several references. All of our installers are bonded and insured.
Yes you can order online and pick up in store, however you must have the credit card used to purchase in hand as well as the same id of the card holder.
Yes you can return unused STOCKING material within 30 days of the ORDER PLACED, if it’s unopened and unused. Re-stocking fees and minimums will apply on special order products (Non-stocking flooring items). Made to order items like carpet, trims, and accessories cannot be returned.
